  1. Hi, I have a WordPress website I’m trying to build and use your booking calendar to book appointments. Just trying it out and the booking calendar won’t appear, just your booking form. I saw in the FAQ that it might be a javascript error and there are javascript errors occuring, but they are stemming from your plugin – basically saying that ”
“jWPDev is not defined”. Not sure how I can resolve this error so that I can get the booking calendar to appear when the error is coming from your plugin. What should I do?? I need to be able to see the calendar, not just the booking form. Thanks!

    • Hello,
please send the link to the page with booking form, so then I will check and try to help you.
      Kind regards.

  2. Hi, thanks for the great plugin.

I have the hotel version and have set-up 2 resources - each have one bed.
I have set them up with one resource being the parent. I have then set-up one booking form that has one calendar, where you can select two visitors.

When you use the form and select the 1 or 2 visitors, the form will update the price. The form will accept a booking for two visitors and share them between the two resources. The problem is that the calendar is not updating when selecting two visitors. If a period is booked by 1 visitor, it shows all the time as available which is correct. But if you select two visitors from the form, it still shows all the time available – when there is only 1 resource available for the duration.

Is there a way to configure the system this so that the calendar will update to show availability as the number of visitors is adjusted?

    Thank for the help.

    Nick

    • Hello.
You are need to open the General Booking Settings page and make selected this option “Visitor apply to capacity” and after select second radio button sub selection, and save the settings.

At the Booking > Settings > Fields page at top form you are need to make the configuration of Vositors selections like this:

      Visitors: [select visitors "1" "2"]

      • Thank you so much for your respond.
I actually wanted to move the booking calendar to the left because my background color is a box. And right now the booking calendar is kind of over the edge (on the right). Please help…

        Thanks a lot :)

        • Hello,

you can make this customization inside of the client.css file, but you are need to be familiar with CSS.

          • Yes.
Please tell me what line that I have to change it?
I don’t know exactly where to put in the code in the client.css page?

            thanks.

  3. Hi there,
searched the facts and FAQs but can’t find this topic. I would like to define that after submission of the booking request a goal in google is tracked. As you do not load a new page but display this message on the same page – how do I track conversions in google analytics or do keyword conversion tracking with your software. Would like to buy it but only if this is possible as otherwise I will only create a blackbox on my own site – not so great ;)
I there a way to do this?
    Cheers
    Hassan

    • Hello,
you can send the redirection to the some “thank you page”, after reservation is done and not showing the “thank you message” after reservation. You can configure it at the General Booking Settings page.

  4. BTW : the error notice looks like this:
Error during adding new booking resource into DB[F:/wpdev-pro.php|L:678|V:9.Hotel.SingleSite.3.0|DB:Table jonstott_is0.wp_bookingtypes doesnt exist] Error during adding new booking resource into DB[F:/wpdev-pro.php|L:678|V:9.Hotel.SingleSite.3.0|DB:Table jonstott_is0.wp_bookingtypes doesnt exist]

  5. I’m trying to create a parent resource and I keep getting error notices.  How do I create a parent resource?

Is there no where, where you have a description on how to set up the calendars.  Some of the language in settings is hard for me to understand and my first language is English so is it IT language?? A video of set up would be helpful, as I can’t seem to even begin.  I had no problems with the free version.

    thanks
